Les vibrations repr\u00e9sentent un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne ind\u00e9sirable en m\u00e9canique ; elles provoquent en effet une dissipation d\u2019\u00e9nergie et g\u00e9n\u00e8rent des bruits et des sons non souhait\u00e9s. Les vibrations peuvent \u00e9galement causer des dommages \u00e0 l\u2019outil utilis\u00e9, \u00e0 la machine et \u00e0 la pi\u00e8ce en cours de fabrication.<br \/>La g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de bruits et de vibrations est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e par trois aspects principaux :<\/p><ol><li>le montage de la pi\u00e8ce sur la machine-outil<\/li><li>La g\u00e9om\u00e9trie de l&rsquo;outil<\/li><li>la strat\u00e9gie de fabrication et le parcours de l&rsquo;outil<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-92111c5 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"92111c5\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-4249539\" data-id=\"4249539\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e7f3b97 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e7f3b97\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Le contr\u00f4le des vibrations<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-6d6f737 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"6d6f737\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-1872c52\" data-id=\"1872c52\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e6a3e6c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e6a3e6c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>1.\u00a0L\u2019approche de base pour le contr\u00f4le des vibrations dans l\u2019usinage est l\u2019augmentation de la rigidit\u00e9 des \u00e9l\u00e9ments du syst\u00e8me. Pour limiter les mouvements ind\u00e9sirables, il est n\u00e9cessaire que la machine-outil soit construite avec des \u00e9l\u00e9ments structurels rigides et lourds, renforc\u00e9s avec du b\u00e9ton ou d\u2019autres mat\u00e9riaux absorbant les vibrations, comme la fonte par exemple. Les roulements et les douilles de la machine doivent avoir des tol\u00e9rances serr\u00e9es et \u00eatre robustes.<\/p><p>2.\u00a0Pour maximiser la rigidit\u00e9, une barre de per\u00e7age ou de tournage doit \u00eatre aussi courte que possible, tout en \u00e9tant suffisamment longue pour acc\u00e9der \u00e0 la profondeur du trou ou du composant. Le diam\u00e8tre de la barre de per\u00e7age doit \u00eatre le plus grand possible, tout en \u00e9tant compatible avec le diam\u00e8tre du trou, permettant ainsi une \u00e9vacuation efficace des copeaux.<\/p><p>3.\u00a0Lorsque les copeaux se forment et se cassent, les forces de coupe augmentent et diminuent. Ces variations deviennent une source de vibrations, qui \u00e0 leur tour peuvent cr\u00e9er une r\u00e9sonance \u00e0 la fr\u00e9quence propre du porte-outil ou de la machine, devenant ainsi auto-entretenues ou m\u00eame amplifi\u00e9es. D\u2019autres sources de vibrations sont les outils us\u00e9s ou ceux qui ne r\u00e9alisent pas une passe suffisamment profonde. Ceux-ci provoquent une instabilit\u00e9 du processus ou une r\u00e9sonance \u00e0 la m\u00eame fr\u00e9quence naturelle de la broche ou de l\u2019outil, g\u00e9n\u00e9rant ainsi des vibrations ind\u00e9sirables.<\/p><p>4.\u00a0Une barre de per\u00e7age longue ou un exc\u00e8s de port\u00e9e de la barre de tournage peuvent provoquer des vibrations dans la machine. L\u2019approche de base pour le contr\u00f4le des vibrations consiste \u00e0 utiliser des outils courts et rigides. Plus le rapport entre la longueur de la barre et le diam\u00e8tre est \u00e9lev\u00e9, plus la probabilit\u00e9 que des vibrations se produisent est grande.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-e9abef2 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"e9abef2\" data-element_type=\"section\" fois son diam\u00e8tre, la fr\u00e9quence des vibrations diminuera d&rsquo;environ 30 %.<\/li>\n<li>La fr\u00e9quence de vibration change de mani\u00e8re significative lorsque le rapport entre la longueur expos\u00e9e et le diam\u00e8tre change.<\/li>\n<li>La situation r\u00e9elle est beaucoup plus complexe, car la structure de la machine influe \u00e9galement sur la fr\u00e9quence des vibrations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section anti-vibrations<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-b864e75 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"b864e75\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les diff\u00e9rents mat\u00e9riaux des barres offrent un comportement diff\u00e9rent. Les barres en acier sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement r\u00e9sistantes aux vibrations jusqu\u2019\u00e0 un rapport de 4:1 (longueur:diam\u00e8tre). Les barres en m\u00e9tal lourd, fabriqu\u00e9es \u00e0 partir d\u2019alliages de tungst\u00e8ne, sont plus denses que l\u2019acier et peuvent supporter des rapports L:D allant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 6:1. Les barres en carbure monobloc offrent une plus grande rigidit\u00e9 et permettent des rapports L:D allant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 8:1. Toutefois, ce dernier type de barre pr\u00e9sente l\u2019inconv\u00e9nient d\u2019un co\u00fbt \u00e9lev\u00e9, notamment pour les barres de grande taille.<\/p><p>Une m\u00e9thode alternative pour r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me des vibrations consiste \u00e0 utiliser une barre \u00e0 amortissement r\u00e9glable. Cet outil pr\u00e9sente un amortisseur \u00e0 masse r\u00e9sonante interne, con\u00e7u pour entrer en r\u00e9sonance en d\u00e9phasage par rapport aux vibrations ind\u00e9sirables, absorber l\u2019\u00e9nergie et minimiser l\u2019amplitude de la vibration. Le syst\u00e8me STMD\u00ae de MAQ AB, par exemple, int\u00e8gre un amortisseur de vibrations auto-r\u00e9gulant compos\u00e9 d\u2019une masse en mat\u00e9riau \u00e0 haute densit\u00e9 suspendue \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de la barre du porte-outil par des \u00e9l\u00e9ments amortisseurs axo-radiaux.
